The Feature Documentary Award helps Canadian documentary filmmakers make the leap from producing hour-long documentaries for broadcast to producing feature length documentaries intended for theatrical release.

The Prize

Two winning projects will receive:

15-20 hours of mentorship from a senior feature documentary producer
$3,000 to attend the Hot Docs Forum 2013 and to further enhance the project.
